IN-CLASS
Our 20 hours of theory prepares students for the road by providing them with extensive knowledge in order to promote safe driving. During in-class instruction, two tests are administered of which an average grade of 70% must be achieved to pass.

HOME-LINK
The Home-Link workbook is a part of our curriculum used to help students prepare for real driving scenarios. The workbook must be completed and submitted by the student prior to the completion of the in-car component (approx. 6th hour of in-car).
IN-CAR

Our in-car component offers 10 hours of one-on-one instruction where we will endeavor to teach the following

  • Driving is a privilege, not a right
  • Increase personal observation skills
  • Reinforce road etiquette and courtesy
  • Emphasize driver knowledge and responsibility
  • Proper driving techniques for city and highway driving
  • Parking and turning manoeuvres
  • Introduction to multi-lane driving
  • Emergency manoeuvres
  • Road surface changes

When in-car instruction is near completion, a practice road test will be done of which a passing grade of 70% must be achieved to pass
